Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a FlowHub account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use FlowHub. If you're entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

FlowHub is a managed cloud platform for running n8n, an open-source workflow automation tool. We provide the infrastructure (servers, networking, backups, monitoring, support) and you provide the workflows, credentials and data. We don't claim ownership over anything you put on FlowHub — it's yours.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• Provide accurate registration info. We may need to verify your email or business.
• Keep your password and API tokens secure. Use 2FA — it's free.
• You're responsible for activity on your account, including actions by team members you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlowHub to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through any integration.
• Host or distribute malware, phishing content or anything illegal.
• Infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy or contractual rights.
• Circumvent rate limits, security mechanisms or our fair-use policies.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.
• Use FlowHub to compete with us (e.g. reselling it as your own product).

5. Plans & payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
• All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (18% will be added at checkout for Indian customers).
• Auto-renews unless cancelled. Cancel any time from settings — no fees.
• Annual plans get a 20% discount, billed once for the full year.
• Refund policy: 7-day money-back on first invoice, if usage < 1,000 executions.
• Overages: We don't have them. We'll prompt you to upgrade if you exceed your plan.

6. Service-level agreement

We commit to 99.9% (Starter), 99.95% (Professional) and 99.99% (Business) monthly uptime. If we miss the SLA, you get prorated credits. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for SLA breaches.

7. Data & privacy

Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we don't read your workflows, we don't sell your data, you can export or delete any time.

8. Intellectual property

• Your stuff — workflows, executions, integrations, content: you own it.
• Our stuff — FlowHub name, logo, dashboard UI, documentation, marketing copy: we own it. You may not copy or redistribute.
• n8n — n8n is open-source (Sustainable Use License). We don't own n8n, but we do own the managed infrastructure we run it on.

9. Termination

You can cancel any time from your settings — no questions, no fees. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll always notify you before taking action, except in cases of clear abuse (e.g. crypto mining, malware distribution).

10. Disclaimers

FlowHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements. We do guarantee we'll work hard, be honest, and fix things when they break.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of FlowHub is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. (We'd much prefer to resolve things over a video call — email legal@flowhub.dev first.)

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days' notice via email and in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you don't, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused portion of your subscription.
