FlowHub is a fully managed cloud platform for running n8n — the open-source workflow automation tool. We provide the managed infrastructure (servers, security, backups, scaling) so you can focus on writing and shipping workflows.
Is FlowHub the official n8n cloud?
No — FlowHub is built by Digiably, an Indian automation studio, on top of the official n8n open-source codebase. We add the managed infrastructure, dashboard, region selection and support layer so teams don't have to babysit their own n8n container.

Do I need to know how to use n8n already?
Not at all. We have 200+ ready-made templates you can deploy with one click, plus beginner-friendly docs and tutorials. If you're new to automation, start with a template — they're all built by humans and tested in production.
How long does it take to set up?
Less than 35 seconds from signup to a live n8n workspace. Importing your first workflow adds 1–2 minutes. Wiring up credentials usually takes 5–10 minutes per service.
Where are the servers located?
Three regions today: ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India), ap-southeast-1 (Singapore), and eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). Business plans can run multi-region and even in private VPCs.
Billing & plans
How do executions get counted?
One execution = one full workflow run, from trigger to last node. We don't count per-node, per-API call or per-retry. So a complex 30-node workflow counts the same as a 2-node one.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle so you don't lose paid time.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We never shut you off mid-flight. You'll get a friendly email at 80% and 100% usage, and we'll auto-offer a one-click upgrade. No surprise overage charges.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free Professional trial, no credit card required. You can drop to the ₹499 Starter plan or cancel any time before the trial ends.
Are there discounts for annual billing?
Yes — 20% off when you pay annually. So Professional works out to ₹799/month, billed yearly. Same for Starter (₹399/month) and Business (₹1,599/month).
Do you support GST invoices?
Yes — every invoice is GST-compliant with your GSTIN. Just enter your GSTIN during signup or update it later from billing settings. We support B2B and B2C invoicing.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), netbanking (all major Indian banks), and bank transfer for annual plans. International customers can pay via Stripe (USD, EUR, GBP).
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid invoice and have used fewer than 1,000 executions, we'll refund 100% — no questions asked.
Technical
Can I import my existing n8n workflows?
Yes — three ways: paste a workflow JSON file, paste a public workflow URL, or pull from GitHub via the CLI. Credentials are remapped automatically if secret names match.
Can I run AI agents on FlowHub?
Yes — FlowHub runs the latest n8n with full AI Agent node support. Bring your own OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini key, or use FlowHub's AI gateway (coming soon) for one-billed multi-model access.
What version of n8n do you run?
We always run the latest n8n LTS release, currently v1.85.2. Security patches are applied within 24h of disclosure. Minor versions roll out within 7 days of release after our internal QA.
Can I get a custom domain?
Yes — Professional plans get up to 5 custom domains, Business plans get unlimited. Add a CNAME and we provision and auto-renew Let's Encrypt TLS certificates within 60 seconds.
Do you offer a CLI?
Yes — flowhub-cli for Linux, macOS and Windows. Deploy workflows, manage secrets, view logs and trigger runs — all from your terminal or CI/CD pipeline. brew install digiably/tap/flowhub
How do backups work?
Encrypted hourly snapshots stored across 3 availability zones. Retention: 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Professional), 365 days (Business). Restore from the dashboard, CLI or API.
Is my data secure?
Yes — credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, in transit with TLS 1.3, SOC2 Type II audited infrastructure, GDPR & DPDP compliant. Two-factor authentication available on all plans, enforced on Business.
Can I export my data?
Yes — full export of all workflows, executions, credentials and configuration is one click away. Use the dashboard export tool, the CLI (flowhub export) or the API. No vendor lock-in.
What's your uptime SLA?
99.9% (Starter), 99.95% (Professional), 99.99% (Business). Status page is live at status.flowhub.dev. We publish post-mortems within 24h of any incident.
Do you have an API?
Yes — full REST API with OpenAPI 3.1 spec. Deploy, trigger, pause, query, manage credentials — all programmatic. See the API reference.
What support do you offer?
